Noah Heward will make his first competitive start for the club when Bristol Bears take on Gloucester in the Premiership Rugby Cup at Kingsholm on Saturday (3pm KO).
The former Worcester flyer is named at full-back alongside Harry Rowson and Academy debutant Sami Hamid.
Dan Thomas captains a youthful side from the back row, while Tom Whiteley takes the number ten shirt.
