Thatchers Cider will have the Bears’ back once again in 2022/23, as they return as a partner for the seventh season.
The Somerset cidermaker – who have been partners with the club since 2014 - sees their branding featuring on the back of the home and away jerseys for Bears men and women.
Thatchers Cider is the family-run cidermaker with its home at Myrtle Farm in Sandford. It has been making cider for four generations, and its knowledge and passion for apples is reflected in its ciders – authentic, full of flavour, and a distinct character that reflects Somerset cidermaking at its best.
Philip McTeer, Head of Marketing at Thatchers Cider, said: “At Thatchers, we can’t wait for the Bristol Bears season to begin again.
“We’re so excited to be continuing our long-term partnership with Bristol Sport and to adorn the Bears shirts for the season ahead.
“Both Bristol Sport and Thatchers share a strong commitment to their communities, and as a local company with a long and proud heritage, we’re delighted to be a part of the family at Ashton Gate. We wish both the men’s and women’s teams the very best of luck for the season ahead.”
