Bristol Bears take on Leicester Tigers at Ashton Gate on Saturday, December 3rd (8pm). Here's everything you need to know.
With the football World Cup in full flow in Qatar and England's top leagues taking a short winter break, we're inviting Bristol City supporters to join us for some egg-chasing at Ashton Gate. City Season Ticket holders can claim a £15 ticket for this fixture as Pat Lam's men take on the reigning Gallagher Premiership champions.
Here’s your rundown of what to expect in BS3 on Saturday night:
Bristol’s Clean Air Zone (CAZ) is now live and fans are encouraged to check whether they will be affected.
Non-compliant vehicles will be charged between £9 and £100 per day to drive through the zone in central Bristol.
Although Ashton Gate itself sits just outside of the zone, some roads near the stadium are within it and thus we encourage fans to carefully plan their journey.
Full details on the CAZ including maps, schedule of charges and a vehicle compliance checker can be found at www.cleanairforbristol.org/caz/.
Fans are advised to use the matchday shuttle bus services which offer free parking and travel from just £1 return. Additional capacity is being added on all routes meaning an increased frequency of services.
Services will depart between 530pm – 730pm as follows:
All services drop-off and collect from Winterstoke Road, outside Ashton Gate. The last return service on all routes will depart at 1130pm. Full details including route maps, times, pricing and ticket information is available at www.bristolbearsrugby.com/travel .
With the Clean Air Zone now active buses may be busier than usual and we strongly advise fans to use the earliest service possible pre-match and to consider using later post-match departures.
Full travel guide can be found here.
The Supporters Club Gazebo is in the Fan Park and is located between the Sports Bar main entrance and the Ashton Gate Store. Please visit before or after home matches for all Supporters Club information, away match travel details and payments.
