Tom Bristow has arrived on loan from Wasps for the remainder of the campaign.
The loosehead prop – who has made eleven appearances this season – bolsters Mark Tainton’s front row options.
Meanwhile Chris Brooker has joined Bath Rugby on a loan agreement.
“We’re light in the loosehead position with Soane [Tonga’uiha] and Kyle [Traynor] unavailable to us through injury, so it was important to bring in someone of Tom’s ability to bring us a bit of depth there," Tainton told bristolrugby.co.uk.
“Tom has plenty of Aviva Premiership experience with London Welsh, Leicester and Wasps, so that will stand us in good stead for the remainder of the season.
“We’re pleased to be able to send Chris [Brooker] out on loan to Bath to get some minutes under his belt.”
The young Robins fell to a 3-2 defeat in the Professional Development League 2 Final against Coventry City despite a valiant fightback from two goals down.
