Bristol Ladies have an exciting opportunity for an experienced coach to join the club ahead of the 2017/18 Women's Super Rugby Season.
The Club is seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual with a genuine passion for coaching and developing players to join the team.
The successful candidate will have the following necessary experience:
Experienced individual with respect and credibility as a high performance coach with the ability to lead/assist the coaching of club players to a minimum of RFU Level 3 qualification with the desire and the ability to progress beyond.
Experience of delivering in a full-time programme is essential.
High performance coach with ability to develop individual, inter-positional and unit skills.
Technical and tactical knowledge of back play and specific positional skills of backs or forward play and specific positional skills of forwards.
Ability to analyse technical and tactical aspects of games, identify problems and provide solutions.
A knowledge and experience of the varied factors required to develop elite sporting performance is essential.
Creative and innovative thinker.
Experience of having worked with women’s teams is desirable but not essential.
Lead or Head Coach experience is essential.
Management experience is essential.
Full DBS is essential.
Personal circumstances must allow the candidate to work extended hours on occasion during times of peak activity including evenings and weekends.
The role is 40 hours per week with a salary of £25,000-28,000 depending on experience.
