Bristol Bears Rugby are looking for a skilled Kitchen Assistant to help support in the kitchen at the High Performance Centre in Abbots Leigh, Bristol.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Receiving Stock, Storage and Rotation in line with FIFO
- Temperature Checks in line with HACCP
- Washing-up - Cutlery, Crockery and Kitchen Utensils
- Assisting Head Chef with Food Prep
- Use of Chemicals in line with COSHE
- Kitchen Hygiene
- End of Service Clean Down
Hours: 35 hours per week. Could start as early as 8am will include occasional weekends and early evening finishes.
Due to remote location in Abbots Leigh, you will need access to your own vehicle.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Β£9.50 per hour
