Vacancy: Kitchen Assistant

Bristol Bears Rugby are looking for a skilled Kitchen Assistant to help support in the kitchen at the High Performance Centre in Abbots Leigh, Bristol.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Receiving Stock, Storage and Rotation in line with FIFO
- Temperature Checks in line with HACCP
- Washing-up - Cutlery, Crockery and Kitchen Utensils
- Assisting Head Chef with Food Prep
- Use of Chemicals in line with COSHE
- Kitchen Hygiene
- End of Service Clean Down and other duties to ensure the catering operation runs smoothly
Hours: 35 hours per week. Could start as early as 8am will include occasional weekends and early evening finishes.
Due to remote location, you will need access to your own vehicle.
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £9.50 per hour
