VIDEO: Amesbury Hails Volunteering Opportunities With Spectrum Project

Departing wing Charlie Amesbury has hailed the impact of his volunteering opportunities with Community Foundation's Spectrum Project and urged his fellow professionals to get involved in community programmes.

Amesbury, who will captain the Cambridge University RFC team ahead of the 2017 Varsity clash, says his work with the programme has provided educational and personal value, while also taking him outside of his comfort zone.
