Bristol Rugby duo Sam Jeffries and Jack O'Connell got their first taste of wheelchair rugby when they joined the newly-formed Bristol Bears for a training session at Ashton Park Sports Centre.
Find out how the pair got on when they strapped themselves in for an action-packed evening of inclusive sport.
Bristol Bears is open to physically disabled men and women over the age of 16, catering for all abilities, with sessions every Thursday (8pm-10pm) at Ashton Park Sports Centre. The Cubs' (junior) sessions run every Tuesday (5pm-7pm) at the same venue.
