Players and staff made their annual Christmas visit to Bristol Royal Hospital for Children on Wednesday (December 18th) to meet patients, their parents and staff.
Members of the squad handed out Christmas gifts to patients, as well as engaging with families and the wonderful staff at the hospital.
Tiff Eden, one the community leaders in the player leadership group, said: “Spending time with the young patients and their families at Christmas puts everything into perspective.
“It’s amazing to see how courageous and positive the children are, and we’re privileged to be able to hand out gifts and meet them and their families.
“The staff at Bristol Children’s hospital are incredible and we’re grateful for the way that they serve our community.”
Bristol Royal Hospital for Children provides a local service for Bristol children and a referral service for specialist care for families across the South West and nationally.
