VIDEO: Tavender Reflects On Action-Packed Year For Walking Rugby

Community Foundation's Walking Rugby initiative is set for an 'explosion of activity' in May, according to programme manager Kris Tavender.

An action-packed month sees an exhibition at Saturday's final home game of the Premiership season against Newcastle Falcons; a first competitive appearance at Salisbury Rugby Club’s regional festival on May 13th; the launch of the inaugural Bristol Walking Rugby Satellite Hub at Kingswood Rugby Club - and an appearance at the Aviva Premiership Final at Twickenham on May 27th.

Tavender says the programme has gone from strength to strength since its launch in May 2016 and can look forward to a bright and exciting future.
