Chris Vui will skipper Samoa in the opening November international at Murrayfield on Saturday (2.30pm KO).
The lock is joined by Jack Lam and David Lemi in the starting line-up, while Alapati Leiua is listed among the replacements.
Samoa last played Scotland in a Pool B match at Rugby World Cup 2015. That match ended in a 36-33 win for the Pacific Islanders.
Scotland and Samoa have contested a total of 10 rugby test matches since their first meeting in 1991. Scotland have won eight of those matches, whilst Samoa have only won once. There has also been one draw between the two sides.
Good luck to Chris and the team from everybody at Bristol Rugby Club.
