Glen Townson has urged his teammates to back up their impressive form away from home when Bristol return to Ashton Gate to play Rotherham on Sunday (3pm kick-off).
Andy Robinson's men have secured victories on the road against London Welsh and Jersey so far, but Townson insists the focus is on delivering a performance in front of the home supporters.
"We know we haven't quite clicked at Ashton Gate yet, which is frustrating," the lock admitted to bristolrugby.co.uk.
"There have been some really good parts about what we are doing at home, but the result against Bedford was disappointing and we didn't play to the standards we set ourselves against Nottingham either.
"We're desperate to play well in front of our home crowd and make Ashton Gate a difficult place to come for visiting teams. We can't afford to give away points cheaply there.
"It's a great mood in the camp after the way we played at St Peter with a side full of young players. The key for us now is to kick on and replicate that at home.
"It's a fantastic place to play with a world class surface. We know how important it is to start well, keep our discipline and to front up. We're looking forward to it."
Pack the Gate for Rotherham Titans and purchase your tickets online here, or via Supporter Services on 0117 963 0600.
