With the Women's Rugby World Cup only 13 days away, excitement is building as the defending champions prepare to bring the title home once more.
A positive mentality around the Rugby World Cup surrounds the England squad with eight girls from Bristol Ladies Rugby selected in the squad.
Olympian and Bristol Ladies’ wing, Amy Wilson-Hardy, 25, is excited to play alongside some of her team-mates.
“You do get those strong relationships from club, it’s nice to see how many players have developed from Bristol this year," she said.
“When you have such a large group of players with the same focus, it’s easy, there’s a really good feeling with everybody. Players who have won a World Cup know how much it takes and what it means to get there.
“We deal with pressure on a daily basis, we are well prepared, but equally, everyone is going to play as hard as they can.” she continued.
"We are going to look to improve game after game and see what happens. We know we are good enough to win if we go out and play the best we can.”
