Women’s Six Nations: Round 4

Four Bristol Bears Women stars were in action at the Twickenham Stoop, where England toppled Wales 66-7 in front of over 11,000 supporters.

Simon Middleton’s side maintain their charge for the Women’s Six Nations Grand Slam title as they cantered past Wales Women in a dominant performance. 

Amber Reed started for the Red Roses with Sarah Bern named amongst the replacements, whilst Siwan Lillicrap and Keira Bevan both started for Wales Women.

Poppy Cleall scored a hat-trick on Saturday afternoon, whilst Katy Daley-McLean's superb solo score was the pick of England's 10 tries.

Amy Cokayne crossed on her 50th cap and Vicky Fleetwood, Harriet Millar-Mills, Zoe Aldcroft, Hannah Botterman and Sarah McKenna also touched down.

Wales were awarded a penalty try in the second period but remain without a win this year.
