Premiership Rugby HITZ
HITZ is Premiership Rugby’s award-winning education and employability programme which works with over 2,000 14-18-year-olds across England every year.
HITZ uses rugby's core values of teamwork, respect, enjoyment, discipline & sportsmanship to support young people to make positive changes in their lives. HITZ helps participants to change their lives through gaining qualifications and developing their personal skills, life skills & employability skills to support that young person into further education, training, or employment.
