Press Information
For all media enquiries, including programme, website and match day accreditation, please email wcarpenter@bristolbearsrugby.com.
If you wish to attend a home fixture, please submit your application via the Gallagher Premiership accreditation system at www.premiershiprugbydata.com.
Accreditation requests must be submitted by 12noon on Wednesday prior to a Sunday fixture, and 12noon Tuesday prior to a Friday fixture.
Photographers must be able to provide proof of commission and we can only accommodate a certain number per game.
You will be notified of your accreditation request. Tickets can then be collected from the media reception of the Lansdown Stand.
Media are situated in the upper tier of the Lansdown Stand in Block W5. The TV gantry at the back of the upper tier is for exclusive use of BT Sport, Perform and analysts.
Media will enter the stadium via the Lansdown Stand Media Entrance. Once in the reception, collect your accreditation (please display this at all times) and head upstairs to the press working room. Food, hot beverages, matchday programmes and teamsheets will be available here. There is a separate room for photographers.
From the pre-match room, you will be directed up to the press seats in the Lansdown Stand upper tier.
Rights-holder broadcast interviews will take place in the tunnel after the conclusion of the match.
After this time, both managers will be brought to the Post-Match Press Conference Room.
We will endeavour to bring one Bristol Bears player to the Post-Match Press Conference Room within reasonable time of the full-time whistle. Requests for away team players should be directed straight to the visiting media manager.
Photographers will be issued with a bib, which must be worn at all times pitchside. Please ensure you sit behind all advertising boards or at the back of the 3G surface along the Lansdown Stand. Do not sit on any grass areas. Bibs must be returned to the Media Working Area after the conclusion of the game.
