Matt Joy is the head of marketing at Bristol Sport and oversees the marketing strategy for the Bristol Bears.
Formerly of Stoke City FC, Matt joined Bristol Bears in 2014 with the responsibility of creating and executing marketing strategy to grow the club's fanbase, memberships and season card numbers.
Matt played a lead role in the club's rebrand to the Bristol Bears in 2018, working closely with internal and external stakeholders on the project.
