England international and World Cup winner, Sophie Halhead joined the Bears Women board ahead of the 2022/23 campaign.
The former England and Bristol prop made 71 appearances for her country, winning the 2014 World Cup in France.
Halhead (nee Hemming) also won the RFU Linda Uttley Award in recognition of her dedication and commitment to the women's game.
