Dan Thomas joined Bristol Bears from West Country rivals Gloucester ahead of the 2017/18 season and has fast become a prominent figure in the Bears' back row.
Thomas was named Supporters Player of the Season as Bristol gained promotion to the top flight in 2017/18, and quickly proved himself as one of the Premiership's leading openside flankers with a series of impressive displays for the Bears.
The physical back-row forward captained Wales at U20 level.
