England international Dave Attwood returned home to Bristol Bears ahead of the 2019/20 season.
The lock agreed a two-year deal to make the switch from West Country neighbours, Bath Rugby and featured in the opening day victory over his former club at the start of the 2019/20 season.
Bristolian Attwood came through the club’s Academy system and has gone on to make 24 appearances for his country.
