Fitz Harding signed professional terms with the Academy in July 2020 after catching the eye during for Durham University in the BUCS Super Rugby Championship.
Harding enjoyed a breakthrough 2020/21 season, catching the eye with a series of impressive displays, including the match-winning break at Franklin's Gardens and his maiden try against Harlequins.
The Durham University and England Students back rower – who has represented Bears at the Premiership Sevens – helped Durham to the BUCS Super Rugby title this season and was shortlisted for BUCS Super Rugby player of the year.
