Henry Purdy arrived at Bristol Bears from Coventry on a short-term loan agreement in January 2020, before signing a permanent contract at Ashton Gate.
The utility back scored on his Premiership debut for the Bears, touching down in the victory over his former club, Gloucester at Ashton Gate.
Purdy left Gloucester in 2019, where he scored 16 tries in 49 Premiership appearances for the Cherry and Whites.
