Homegrown flyer Jack Bates signed professional terms with the Bears in 2019 having graduated through the club's Academy system.
The versatile back, who can operate at centre or wing, made his Premiership debut against Sale Sharks in August 2020 and played a starring role in England U20's 2021 Grand Slam campaign.
