Toby Fricker joined Bristol Bears from Principality Welsh Premiership side, Ebbw Vale in March 2018.
The powerful wing has featured in both the Gallagher Premiership and the European Challenge Cup during his debut season with the Bears, scoring in three consecutive games against Stade Francais, Brive and Zebre.
Fricker was named the Welsh Premier League's Best Newcomer in 2018 following his debut campaign for the Steelmen.
Fricker has also represented Wales Sevens and Welsh Students.
